Tread the steps of what to expect when we choose to create, together.
Before you book anything, we’ll have a quick chat to get to know each other and for me to better understand your property marketing needs. If the pieces fit, we’ll lock in the next steps.
This is your chance to put key property features in frame, advise on any musical preferences, or other creative ideas. For most clients, ‘brief’ is the key word — we’ll cover the essentials during our discovery session or via a quick property walkthrough.
With a date greenlit by key stakeholders and on-screen talent, it’s time to record. While you don’t have to attend unless you’re needed on-camera, feel free to drop in any case. I get all the shots I need within a half-day shoot (4-5 hours), even for the more comprehensive packages.

With my memory cards bursting at the seams with premium footage, we head to the edit suite and start piecing it all together. During this stage I’ll seek your input on song choice for the social media Reel.
Once the draft edit’s ready – complete with graphics, overlays, and audio – I’ll share the file links of the longer form content for your consideration. Typically, you’ll have this within a week of the shoot date.
While I’ve got a good record of getting things right first time, any requests for changing things like shot selection or order can be made now. You’ll receive a revised draft for your approval. Need another tweak? All good – you’re entitled to 2 rounds of revisions as standard.
Once the final cut is approved, it’s time for colour grading. This step adds that extra X-factor to your video by fine-tuning the colours, enhancing contrast, and making everything pop. You’ll be impressed by the difference it makes!
Smell those piping hot pixels, freshly exported and sent to your inbox! Within 10 business days of your initial shoot, you’re presented with your long-form video/s plus a cheeky Reel edit optimised for social media.
I’ve honed an approach to video marketing for property professionals built on the foundations of video branding. Essentially, I strive to reflect the client’s branding in every creative decision. This goes beyond a logo watermark and font selection; it influences everything from camera movement, transition styles, backing tracks, and more. Check out my video for a breakdown of the editing and cinematography choices made to maximise marketing impact for a range of clients.
I’m committed to getting you the first draft within 5 business days of the shoot. If everything looks good on the first review, we’ll finalise the files, and you’ll receive them the next day after the colour grade is complete.
If revisions are required, it may take a few additional days. Rest assured, our team’s efficient processes and collaborative approach ensure we deliver your product as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.
Sure! While most clients trust me to make the creative decision on music, you’re welcome to choose a track if you have a specific style in mind. Simply browse our preferred royalty-free music sites — Artlist or Musicbed — and let me know your choice.
Bear in mind, the music sets the tone for the entire edit. Changing the song after the first draft will require significant re-editing and will incur an additional fee, so please make your final selection carefully.
If you’re stepping in front of the camera, you’ve already got my respect — it’s no easy task. I’ll do everything I can to make you feel comfortable and guide you to your best performance. Whether it’s multiple takes, helpful cues, or even a teleprompter, I got you.
Rest assured, I’ll ensure you look and sound fantastic with great lighting, framing, and sound quality throughout the shoot.
